Kaimin Liao received the B.S. degree in Communication Engineering from National Taipei University, Taiwan, in 2018 and the M.S. degree in communication engineering at the National Central University, Taiwan, in 2021. His current research interests include UAV wireless caching networks, low-latency analysis and machine learning.
